I offer postpartum care that is covered by insurance or available out of pocket. The fourth trimester is an often de-prioritized time for birthing people and their families - my goal is to support you in smoothing is often challenging and transitional period. I can tidy your space, process your birth or early postpartum days with you, hold your babe(s) while you rest and offer herbal support. More info here.

I have offered and utilized peer support for over a decade; this has included formal peer support groups, 1:1 support, tagging along to my pal’s medical appointments or making phone calls when a loved one isn’t up for it.
